Privacy Policy

Atlas Creative Design Studio (“Atlas”, “I”, “me”) operatesatlasbranch.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it.

What I collect

• What you send me. When you submit the contact form, I receive the name, business name, email, phone number, website, budget range, and message you enter.
• Purchase information. When you buy a teardown, book a build, or start a care plan, payment is handled by Stripe. I receive your name, email, billing address, phone number, and what you bought. I never see or store your card number.
• Quote builder selections. The package and add-ons you choose are stored in your own browser so your quote survives a reload. They stay on your device unless you check out.
• Basic server logs. My host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

What I do with it

I use this information to reply to you, deliver work you have paid for, send receipts and invoices, and keep the site running. That is the whole list.

What I do not do

I do not sell your information. I do not rent or trade it. I do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the contact form, and I do not share your details with anyone except the service providers below, who need them to do their job.

Who else touches it

• Netlify — hosts the site and receives contact form submissions.
• Stripe — processes payments and stores payment methods.
• Email provider — delivers messages between us.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data it holds.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies during checkout that are necessary for payment and fraud prevention. The quote builder uses your browser’s local storage, not cookies, and nothing in it identifies you.

How long I keep it

Contact form messages are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Records connected to paid work are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask me to delete anything that is not legally required to be retained.

Your choices

Email noah@atlasbranch.com to ask what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I will respond within 30 days. You can clear the quote builder’s stored data at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top of this page.
